Day 5 : Sep 1 , 2013

Day 5 .. Sep 1 2013

Day 4 was good , did 40 min of exercise (jogging and planks ).. Had a good Saturday with feeling positive.. diet was also OK.

Day 5 , Sunday was awkwardly negative.. got up with a negative feeling( may be saturday dinner was not that good ( biryani and cake ( though the quantities were small) and skipped the workout today, take this one as a rest day.. Hope to get going on monday  ..

Monday plan is : 1 hr intense workout with trainer and have a good diet .. This is start of the new week and target for this week is to get under 211.. Be strong and feel postive about the weight loss.

The dinners for this week is a challenge for me and planning to have no or very little carbs after 7 pm in the evening ..
