Was a good .. good workout for 1 hr with trainer , concentrating on Abs and Arms .. Diet was good too..
210.4 was today morning reading. hope this will stay.. a good day overall
The plan for today is to do do treadmill workout followed by 15-20 min of body weight exercises.
