Day 7 , Sep 3 2013

Tuesday - Sep 3 2013..

A good day overall.. 40-50 min of good workout followed by a balanced dinner.. Need some more days like this.. So this is what i did for workout

1> 30 min of Treadmill , 2.5 miles consisting of high intensity and low intensity run ( 7-8 as High) (3-6 Low)

2> Exercises - Curls , Jumping Jacks , Shoulder press Jumping jacks .. Squats.

Dinner was light .. so wrapped up the day and now time for Wednesday .. Sep 4 2013.. The day should have a good workout consist of cardio and strength training.. mixed up with each other.


The plan is to have 25- 30 min of Treadmill .. 25-30 min of other exercises all done with out having long breaks.

The exercises will be

1. Curls followed by Squats ( with weights) .. 3 sets
2. Shoulder press followed by Jumping jacks ... 3 sets
3. Bent over rows followed by high knees .... 3 sets
4. Chest press ...3 sets

Have a good luck and great workout

The dinner should be light .. eggs and beans should be ideal.

Just to mention the weighing machine told me 211.8

TARGET is to get under 211 by Monday morning.
