Nov 7 happened to be a cheat day ..

Breakfast: Roti/Omelet
Lunch: Broccoli garlic + soup
Evening snacks: trail mix / chocs
Dinner: vi/ck

Workout: 40 min Jog , 8 min Planks

Sleep: 7 hrs

This was how day was spent , Today is Nov 8 and I am already passed 7 days in Nov.. Need to pull .. coming 3 days should be clean and productive..

Diet.. Workout.. Sleep
